Linda Almeida Family Nurse Practitioner Established Luz Family Medical Practice August 2, in 2021 in Brookings. We are excited to provide care to our community. To become a patient of ours you can download a packet from our website and bring it in or even mail it.
To bring better health to our community. Luz Family Medical and Wellness is passionate about transforming patient lives and helping them achieve their ideal health goals.

Meet the provider
Linda completed her post Masters Degree with Gonzaga University in Spokane Washington in 2017. Linda is an Advanced Practice Nurse who is board certified by the ANCC as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Special interests surrounding preventative care and chronic care needs. She is licensed in the state of Oregon and in the State of California. She is a member of several different organizations including; ANA and Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society, ONA and AANP. Has been a nurse for over 28 years and worked as a floor nurse, nurse manager, and director of nurses
